Solar carport 'basic'

Aesthetic, simple, lightweight – our innovative solar carport ‘basic’ belongs to the ALTEC Solar Ltd mounting system family. With a roof pitch of 15 degrees giving good clearance and space underneath for 2 family cars it also has the advantage of enabling the generation of power.

This system can be supplied with 15 standard PV modules (1.65 x 1.01m) enabling it to produce up to 3.6 kWh.  Alternatively PV modules from other manufacturers can be also utilised by virtue of ALTEC Solar’s universal mounting system.

ALTEC Solar’s design enables simple and fast construction of the carports.  There is no problem to expand a single carport into a double or multiple one with just 3 people. Manufactured from galvanized steel sections means solar carport ‘basic’ withstands the high levels of snow load found across Europe.
