The ALTEC Solar concept for electric mobility includes a solar-fed system for charging stations. This can be installed at car park to charge up electric vehicles. Composed of a terminal for operating and several smaller stations this system offers convenience.

For every customer it is also possible to integrate devices for power metering and measurement in order to aid any payment and invoicing. It also can ensure only authorized persons are able to use the station. Identification can be by means of a PIN, keyword or smart card for example and payment can be done by cash, card or account. To transfer all the data securely is offered a special interface for example LAN or wireless.

The aim of the project is obviously led by resource scarcity. Therefore we've designed a system which is not only good looking and durable because of the metal facsia, but also multifunctional.

Because of the intelligent communication between the systems elements it is possible to charge for exact amounts of electricity, to get a detailed invoice, to see the state of charging and other user data. Furthermore it enables aso the activation of the cars immobilizer and interlocking.
