The site’s content is created with special care.  However we are not liable for any errors or omissions. Under German law, as a company that offers services, we are responsible for our site’s contents but are not obligated to check external content.  In addition we are not obligated to search for indicators of illegal activities.  Our obligation to remove or blocking such information is not affected, however our liability only commences when a definite breach is known and we are required to amend our information.  

Our company offers links to external web pages.  We don’t have any influence on their contents and cannot guarantee their correctness as we do our own.  Therefore this is the responsibility of the external providers.  All links are checked upon embedding into our site and at that time there were no legal breaches.  But a regular control of all linked contents is not possible unless we receive concrete information, at which time we’d sever the link immediately.
